Do you have a physical location?

Yes. The In-store location is only available for entry by appointment only. Please give us a call to schedule a visit.

Do you special order specific fish?

Absolutely. If it's out there we can get our hands on it. We require a 50% deposit for pre-orders. In the unlikely event that we are unable to obtain the desired fish, a 100% refund of the deposit will be executed.

Dead on Arrival Policy

Although it is incredibly unlikely a fish will arrive dead, please notify us immediately if it does happen. The following are required for a refund to be granted.

- A video showing the fish dead in the original shipping packaging.

- The shipment must be accepted at the first drop-off attempt by the courier.

- Late shipments require claims to be processed with the courier, not with us.

- If the package is damaged upon delivery, take a video with the courier present and ensure they take note of the damage. Failure to do so will void our DOA guarantee.

- Your aquarium must meet the standards listed below

- Ammonia; 0 ppm

- Nitrites; 0 ppm

- Nitrates; 30 ppm

- PH; specific to livestock purchased (please do adequate research prior to introducing new fish to your aquarium)

Do you offer returns due to incapability with my other fish or the size of my aquarium?

No. Unfortunately we can not accommodate returns or refunds for these reasons. Please do research prior to purchasing fish.

Do you buy fish?

In the form of store credit. On a case-by-case basis.

Do you rescue fish?

If you are in the Southeastern Louisiana or surrounding areas. Please contact us to schedule a rescue. Be aware that rescues are accepted at our discretion.

All prices listed on the website are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using our approved payment methods.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or insufficient payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship tropical fish and aquarium supplies to locations within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the availability of the product.
Live fish are shipped using overnight shipping methods to ensure their safety and well-being during transit.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of live fish and aquatic animals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for live animals, except in cases of DOA as described above.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products, including but not limited to any damage to your aquarium or fish, unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to fulfill orders due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or other acts of God.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Louisiana, United States without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the website or services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
